how much u take for still working dell 17" crt ?

i got one 15" LCD compaq fp5315, power light blinking but no image when connected to pc.

another one is 17" LCD, samsung syncmaster 173v, got bluish vertical lines here & there.

can still be fix?

also got 3 dell 17" crt. need to check but think still working cos when the pc died, change all together with monitor. if ok i take to ur place.
