Hi,

I have a Philips TV (32 inch LCD model 32PFL5409S/98), one morning it just went completely dead, no stand-by lights, doesn't turn on. Power supply obviously.

1- How much to fix it?

2- Do I have to transport it over to your place or is it possible to repair at ours? Is there a price difference? I live close to MidValley.

Thanks

Sam

I had a small problem when dealing with this guys. My Samsung LCD monitor's backlight was faulty, and I took it there for repairs. I could switch it on, see the graphics on screen; the only problem was that the display was dark. After waiting a week, I had to call in to find out that there were no spare parts available? Come on, no backlight?! That was the most common spare part needed for LCD monitor repairs.

So I had to drive over to get my monitor back, and when I got home, the monitor could not even be switched on. I called in immediately, and found out the technician switched some of my parts out ( I presume for another client with a Samsung monitor) and returned my monitor with a faulty backlight + other parts which were removed. He told me to bring it back in so he can switch the parts he took out back in.

If you ever need to make repairs, my advice is to go elsewhere.
