my 2+ years old 42" toshiba recently failed on me. it is showing black and bright white artifacts no matter what i play. sorry i can't provide any screenshot as i already detached the tv and put it aside but the problem is similar to the below:

I got 1 lcd monitor, Acer AL1917W. The problem is the green power light comes on, but the monitor comes on for a few seconds then it goes out. when i press the power off and then back on, the monitor comes on for a few seconds and then cuts off. Pm me the repair cost for this problem...tq
