In Malaysia, u need to be dead and your story sit in front page of local newspaper and become national news then the police will take action. if not, no matter how many RM u being cheat, they will just sweet talk with you lah...

they will wait until it become worse case scenario then they will act..then when it 'solved'..they will 'very very proud with it and make a press conference"..wakakak...

i have made two report to them about stolen item with credible evidence of the thief!! i give them witness, motorcycle plate number, and a confession!!!....but i dont dead and become a national news so it's not solve lah...wakakakaka

Yes, my case same. Report to the police = useless
Sadly to say this but yes, in Malaysia, there's no cyber law to put those conmen behind the bars. =(
