what they claim can be 'not 100% true'.
be careful unless the number from quarterly says so

target price in 12 month's time.
in next 6 months, anything happens, they can change their TP at their own leisure, without even a pinch of guilt.

so many examples around
Learned the lesson, dont rely much on brokers

I think we all aware the property industry is not as sexy as last two years. With rate hike and inflation flaming high, how well the industry will work? SPSetia is the leader and achieve a high valuation as compared to others. it is natural to see price adjust with rerate of property industry.

will this be the time to accumulate? behind the big player who own SPSetia, those looking for mid to long term, I believe is time to keep her in the monitor list. just my two cents

It depends whether we consider the property industry is still attractive enough to buy or we have to change into other industry?

If property industry affected, would it affect the other industry as well such as banking industry?

Could we take the big 2 companies from properties industry or better big 5 companies from the same industry to make a decision?

I guess it is a lot of work to be done, while we all just collecting information.

SP Setia abandons China property venture

SP Setia Bhd, a Malaysian real estate developer, scrapped a joint venture with Hangzhou Ju Shen Construction Engineering Ltd to develop a mixed property project in China because terms of the agreement weren’t met.

SP Setia “still firmly believes” that property prospects in China are “positive,” the company said in a statement in Kuala Lumpur today. It will continue to look out for other suitable opportunities there, it said. -- Bloomberg

At current market sentiment, better is to keep your money in the banks, unless you are looking for long term prospect. wink.gif
Not a sifu. Just my 2 cents.

that's right. i saw that too, so i switched all my hunza into spsetia today. to be precise, my hunza-wb into spsetia-wb, since hunza-wb at 10% premium and spsetia-wb at -4% premium.
i hope spsetia can reach 4.00 and then take a rest there, i'll be very happy. biggrin.gif

Any suggestion? At the current price 3.12, when do you think the huge support will be coming in? I will say RM 3. EPF has been very quiet lately on SPSETIA.
