the ant is probably between the LCD and the screen,
if yes then the shop might only need to opn and remove but if its in ur LCD
might need to change the LCD and if laptop the price might go up till 750 ringgit

does DELL cover this in their warranty? maybe i can claim as dead pixel?
thats if it is still under warranty...

ur monitor is actually hiding a whole colony of ants. its nest is right beneath ur lcd. that ant that got killed there has entered the forbidden. now we know their secret.

there is a dead ant inside my car tailamp. no sh*t. it's been there since i got it from day 1 and it's still there till now. cant disassemble headlamp, may void warranty zz grrr
