U may call up to hotlink cust svc at 1300-820-120 to get assistant. Usually they will ask when is the transaction & the ref code.
Do u have the ref code/receipt no. when it written there successful?? (remember to take down as it is important)
On the other hand, did u used internet or gprs before u make the top up??
Data charges will take time to update to system. Maybe u have overused ur credit.
So when u make top up, it will directly deduct.
That'y u didn't receive ur top up.
Hurry.. Have comfirmation with HOTLINK.
