 Hotlink top up problem

I have top up a hotlink account at hotlink website via pbe banking.
The transactions have success but i dint receive the credit to my phone.
Why this will happened?
What is the solution?

Pbe doesnt reload to your phone for u. It only gives u the code. U need type in your phone yourself. If u lose the message just check your inbox.


Then type *111*your 16 code pin#

Nope. I top up directly with hotlink website it wont send us a code!

It is deducted and transaction is successful but the credit is not in.
I have top up many times be4. But this time i face the problem.

Maybe is the system problem.
U may call up to hotlink cust svc at 1300-820-120 to get assistant. Usually they will ask when is the transaction & the ref code.
Do u have the ref code/receipt no. when it written there successful?? (remember to take down as it is important)

On the other hand, did u used internet or gprs before u make the top up??
Data charges will take time to update to system. Maybe u have overused ur credit.
So when u make top up, it will directly deduct.
That'y u didn't receive ur top up.

Hurry.. Have comfirmation with HOTLINK.

give maxis cs d ref number...they will able to check wif d bank..

if there are some glitch in ur transaction, then they shud b able to refund ur money... rclxms.gif

yup...u can call them...and they wil guide u..

just tell them d topup code serial number..n they can check to which number it been topped up...

but, sadly, they wont tell u d full number... blush.gif

y u throw it ler? i open handphone shop. i always tell my customer, if anything happen wit te reload, bring te card back if really failure, i wil change new card 2 them... if not, i wil oso help them 2 cal n settle te problem 4 them. next time don simply throw it.
