The whole sole in general. I wore it once today and I can see the heels and front of the sole got scuffed quite a lot. Your's in comparison looks much cleaner. Did you clean it with anything?

Anyway, wanted to ask you guys, this pair have the smooth leather sole without any rubber to it
Was told that I should only put rubber when the shoes break in and soften a bit then only put rubber. The rubber if put now will damage the sole because of the adhesion...is this true?

And if yes.... Where to do I go then after the shoes break in?

I'm US size 10 and I find the shoe tree a little small..it goes all the way in my shoes without any tension..

All leather items need to be conditioned so that it doesn't dry out or rot. But conditioning doesn't have to be too often (too much conditioning could potentially spoil the leather). It depends on how often you use the shoes. If you use it a lot, you need to condition it more often. Or just do it whenever the leather feels dry.

For the brush they are lots in the market. Just look for any that is horse hair. I don't really like neutral polish unless it's for light tan shoes. Neutral tends to leave some white residue on darker shoes. I can't really see the color of your shoes but maybe brown polish would be better. Kiwi brand is cheap and gets the job done. Instant shine stuff also works if you're feeling lazy. Some bros here are against it, but some seem happy with it

Don't know. But to me it's a good idea to condition once every few months. Our weather is humid but it gets quite hot as well. I've had some shoes, bags, sofa dried and cracked before due to the heat. Leather losses it's oils due to usage which needs to be replenished. Also, some conditioners can prevent mold from growing on the leather due to the humidity of the air. And if we walked under the rain or accidentally accidentally stepped on a puddle of water, it could cause the leather to harden and Crack after it dries so we need to apply some conditioner. Of course, over conditioning is bad for the leather as well.

Where can I find good range of shoe care product? I went to Plal but the choices are so little and I don't even know which are for which. Don't need something too luxury like Saphir, just need something good and affordable.

Never have the issue buying shoes online very normal for me living in states.
