it would take Celcom around 1 year to resolve your problem.
I am some problem with Celcom, and despite the usual "we will resolve it within 3 to 7 working days" promise from all the telephonist, manager, and all those work there....the issue is still remain outstanding.
I made my first report in March 09, and today is already 24 September 2009 the issue is still remain outstanding.
