HI every Pro out there, i just OC my Q9650 to 3.78GHZ (420X9.0), when Idle is 42°C but when i run Prime95 it may run up to 70 - 80°C, is it counted as normal?? (i using water cooling)

i changed the Vcore to 1.300V and NB Volt to 1.53V, able to finish the Intel Burn NOrmal and High Mode, is it called as stable??
