HI every Pro out there, i just OC my Q9650 to 3.78GHZ (420X9.0), when Idle is 42°C but when i run Prime95 it may run up to 70 - 80°C, is it counted as normal?? (i using water cooling)

What type of water cooling are you using? If you're on stuffs like Aquagate then it's normal because it's more or less like a high end air cooler like TRUE, probably worse sometimes.

It is normal when u set the CPU Voltage: [1.4500v]
Can you go lower on the voltage ???
North Bridge Voltage: [1.59v] ??? Too high... Lower down if can...

i changed the Vcore to 1.300V and NB Volt to 1.53V, able to finish the Intel Burn NOrmal and High Mode, is it called as stable??
