hm.. what i would like to know is if someone just takes whey and eat cakes while take multi vit and eat some fruits.. will they get the same nutrients and results from those taking whole food that contain same amount of nutrients.. the reason i ask is cause it is much easier to eat junk food for the calories than rice..
If you want to gain weight by gaining muscle, its better if you start doing it the healthy way now. BBing is a lifestyle and not something you would do for 1 month then stop. Also, those chocolates and junk food would spike your insulin levels and you'll gain fat faster. You need to learn to control your insulin levels to maximise muscle gain and minimise fat gain.
