No, its not sorted. Thought there's a clause that needs the partner approval if ever there's a party wants to sell their whole share. Which means Hicks will need to approve of Gillet sales of his shares even if the saudi prince agrees to buy from him.
IIRC, there's a time that DIC wanted to takeover Gillet share which Hicks vetoed....though the deal fell through eventually

Riera & Keane is for season 08-09. So he didn't left out the transfer. I don't really care how much other have to spend. Just that the squad is thin compare to even Spurs Reality is we have loads of gaps to plug with limited budget unlike settled teams who can afford to spend all amount on a proven player. Thats the main difference. Before you said 5 yrs in & no squad depth, Sols already explained it.

Actually, he did have the ability to organise a fluent, attacking team just like back end of last season. It's not pure luck that we got on a long scoring runs. But have to agree that we've missed Xabi's calming influence more than anything.
But I do believe Babel have great potential & even flourished if he's in Arsenal. Comparing to his first season, he seems to be in gradually decline
