kind of hard to replace SAF....

Yeap. It's hard. How often do you see such thick face manager walking around, blaming every single referee, putting everyone of them under pressure? Not even the "Special One" Mourinho can do that...It's hard to replace obviously.

say what ?
who's thick face ? ^^
*
u heard it right....thick faced sir alex ferguson...plz dont try to be political correct here....

if u aint contributing in football related discussion....(from what i can tell there's nth football in ur post above...u r just targetting solstice there) i'll REPORT ya for spam bruce.gif how'd ya like that?

not being anal here..jsut laying down the ground rules for the thread... icon_rolleyes.gif

Added on October 25, 2009, 8:38 amdear solstice...i really appreciate what u did at the helpdesk section...thanks for making the effort....coz i think things have gotten out of hand...u'd know that things r not right when we cant be called mickey mousers and they cant be called sc*m...thats like the day the communist starts ruling...

goldfries was a twat....thewhacker was really nice in his reply...took the time to explain the details..and FL is not within his jurisdiction...at least he had the courtesy to explain rather than rubbishing is as 'nonsense' ...bad senior mods breed / recruit worse new ones? perhaps...

and just to raise 1 more thing...does all reported posts need to be removed? i mean clearly if the mods hav even the slightest common sense, he should know which is harmless and which is incendiary...and if they cant i'd say they should pass on the job and responsibility to someone who can...i totally agree that mods r real humans too and they got a life...but then again if they feel that they cant fulfill the responsibility as a mod..why not give that job to someone who can? someone who has no job obligation, living off the dole, has some degree of common sense and knowledge about football, being neutral (or able to switch off their allegiance when they r moderating)....im posting this here coz the discussion in helpdesk has been closed.... thnx for listening

additional* just to prove sth...i went over to manc utd's thread and reported several harmless ones...someone called us clowns, which i think not too bad a think coz the beach ball incident was funny, hence clown is pretty apt...given that they r rival fans...but i reported that saying that im infuriated by it...and voila its gone... shocking.gif

Soccernet prediction: Liverpool's confidence is shot, so the last game they want is against the Premier League leaders and they may suffer. Likely to be beaten in the midfield battle, a draw would represent a great result for Rafa.

Soccernet also know we dont have winning mentality... sweat.gif

Reina
Glen-Carra-Agger-Insua
Masch
Kuyt-Benny-Babel/??
Voronin/??
Torres

if above player play for tonight game, i believe we will have the ball every time in opponent side(attacking)

hehe.. I hope we can have this list

Reina
Glen -- Dagger -- Skrtel -- Insua
Masch -- Aurelio
Kuyt -- Benny -- Babel/Aquilani
Torres

Subs

Anyone but Lucas. I still have confidence in Rafa but if he kept playing Lucas, personally I think he has to go..

Anyhow, I still remember when Kuyt first play for us.. It was sickening to watch him that time, but still he runs like crazy horse and have some stallion energy in him.. Lucas doesn't have that..

There is no way Aquilani will start and stop with the whole Alonso crap before others start moaning about us not winning because Dalglish and Rush didn't play.

Even if Gerrard make it, he will have to sit on the bench I think..

Why is there no Dalglish in the team? whistling.gif

I'd love it if we beat that old whiskey nose!

On the other hand, I'd turn my PC off and shut myself in the room if the little runt judas scored the winning goal.

Torres set to feature against United

Fernando Torres is set to play a part against Manchester United on Sunday after fresh scans revealed the Spaniard has progressed significantly.

Torres and Gerrard had both been ruled out of the game against United however, the duo both had scans this morning and the striker has recovered almost completely.

However, Gerrard is still a major doubt for the clash but it is still to be seen if Rafa Benitez takes a risk with the English midfielder.

Torres is likely to start against United with Gerrard on the bench – unlikely to play a part in the game.

Albert Riera and Martin Kelly haven’t been named in the provisional squad while Alberto Aquilani will only make his debut against Arsenal in the Carling Cup.

PROVISIONAL SQUAD:

Reina, Johnson, Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Aurelio, Insua, Mascherano, Babel, Lucas, Kuyt, Benayoun, Gerrard, Torres, Voronin, Ngog, Spearing, Plessis, Dossena, Cavalieri.
