i believe this only work as long as you didn't sync your iPhone with iTunes. I've tried before I downloaded the apps that I bought to my friend's iPhone using my account, when he sync with his iTunes, the apps that are purchased with account not authorized on his iTunes will be removed from the phone.2nd, go to feature tabs, log out from ur current id
