Yep working here..Your phone and the phone you want to Facetime (3G Network) need the Tango app installed or else u wont able to connect..And also make sure your notifications is set to ON for Tango..Lets say you set your notifications to OFF and your wife wants to Facetime (3G Network) with you using Tango ,it wont go through..

I've tested this with my friends..

*PS: At the moment Tango does not support multi-tasking yet..
