From what I know, if they cannot detect any sign that the iPhone had been dropped or knocked against before, there is every likelihood that you will be able to get a replacement.

If it is the latter, then in most instances it will be with a refurbished unit. Notwithstanding, such units are usually as good as new. My advice however is when you collect the replacement, is to give it a once over and make sure, particularly physically it is 'good'. |
