If you received the normal brown box from Amazon, it came with transparent cellotape to seal the box. If our Ketam opened, they'll re-seal with their cellotape but with the text mentioned above like what Andy said. The latest parcel I received on Monday was with the original seal, but there's a gap on the box lid that you can actually peep and see what's inside.... and the bubble-bag that protects the good inside also koyak oredi doh.gif My discs were all over the place in the box but luckily so far looks ok sweat.gif

Out of curiosity, I want to ask this: If your standard shipping parcel kena "Tahan" at Pos/Ketam LCCT for whatever reason and... you're not staying in Klang Valley; but further states like Penang or Johor or maybe even in East M'sia. How la, how do you settle and collect your goodies? hmm.gif

u mean yellow envolope with bubble pack inside? never get that before. all my orders came with brown recycle box even only a single title.
*
Most common for me was the brown box (only size different with quantity), yellow bubbled envelope (if 1 or 2 titles) and rarely the smallest box that almost wrapped the discs together... this one was the worst... all my casing inside this one either cracked or the disc jumped-out of the spindle!!? doh.gif

if taxable then u can ask pos malaysia to pay for u and u pay them later. same concept as using courier.

But will they charge you extra on top of the taxable amount for "kau-tim" it for you first?

Actually its 1% each way meaning if u pay in foreign currency then its 101% of forex at tat particular day n if u get a refund then its 99% of forex of 'selling' rate - pretty confusing tis.. either way u lose those 'administrative' chrgs - tats why if possible, I ask for gift vouchers instead of cc refund, if  I forsee a refund/rebate/compensation..
Bro Dirt, couldn't disagree with you more... once, when I requested for refund of a lost order, I'm actually paying about RM5+ for nothing... because of this exchange rate charge by my CC. I'd prefer promo codes or better yet $$ amount into my account to be used for my next order... the latter was definitely a welcome! thumbup.gif

Friday Hitam - every year confirm got meh?  for all titles? and how long this 'promo' lasts?
*
I truly hope so, for our sake... but I only came across Black Friday last year tongue.gif

Not all titles, but most titles. But only select few (maybe under 10 titles) gonna hit ROCK BOTTOM PRICE CUT... and those are TOP/NEW titles! The sale during this period will run for a week (or so), but the said ROCK BOTTOM PRICE CUT will only run a few hours, while stocks last! ...but all these based on last year's experience nod.gif

Guys, speedy having a promotion for WB and FOX titles as each are rm119.Neverless i saw Wolverine stated @ rm119 BUT is is only single disc and i turn at the back cover as stated Region A and B only. Then i flip others movies which i saw X-Men which also same prices but contain 2 disc and stated Region A,B,C.Those stated Region A,B only but there are no security sticker on those bd.
Hence those bd with security sticker, prices remain same at rm149.And i wonder that those without security sticker might be local press like HVN titles for The fast and furious 1,2,3.
So pls take pre caution coz my fren brought Predator form this shop was HK press.
