2.gearbox broken and i change from auto to manual cost me Rm3000 (my generation year 2003)
3.change spark plug/spark plug cable also effected the radio and some other electronic part
4.the door handle 1 year spoil few time too(open softly also can break)
5.i buy the car 2001 "WJA9802" RM68K sell on 2003 Rm18k-Rm20k (minimum i lost Rm50k for 2year driving the Local Waja! o0o
6.lousy Engine Block can be cracked easier!!!!!
7.that is much more that i cant explain all,if u wanna better driving just convert to GSR/MIVEC not 4G18/Campro

you are right,the simen ECU already default the airflow for the extractor,so any brand of 4-2-1 also can gain your horse power,
it is because the airflow more smooth then 4-1

to me brand is nothing,because im work as consultant in extractor production before,no matter powerzone/Hotbit/R3/Everco,they are using the same theory and the lenght is almost the same,because the gap for radiator&block is limited you extractor wont be too much different,if too much different hit the chasis or the radiator fan,One more important thing,Hotbit/R3 are from the same factory the other brand is copy the design from them even those the design for the banana is slightly different but it wont effect much on performance,not event 0000.1hp increase/decrease.
for both same engine and stock 4g18 i can use cap ayam extractor to beat a branded extractor

because this is the most important for exhaust system
1.you need to understand how many backpresure is best for your car
2.piping size suitable for your 1.6 single cam waja.
3.the maximum output airflow data from the ori ECU

Cheap doesnt means lousy,i also selling alot of high quality part,but the price people unacceptable because malaysian style want good wan cheap want nice:
high quality part like:
full stainless steel extractor with racing catcon Rm400 who willing to buy even this for honda FD they able to drive Rm120k car Rm400 also unable to spend,how i know? because most of them asking for cheap even pipe puteh also they dont mind because cannot see

warewolf taiwan muffler Rm240 (this qaulity malaysia exhaust manufactory cant made it) but still people complain expansive

Full Taitanium N1 Racing muffler 500g RM1400 (Made in japan) untill now also no customer


that why i rather ask them to get Galvanize extractor,it build by the same molding as R3/Hotbit only Meterials different some more provide 3year warranty even those RM180 extractor and Rm80-Rm280muffler/midbox also with 3year warranty
i dare to warranty because i know the quality doesnt means cheap=lousy
people selling expansive because of:
1.shop Rental
2.chop you because newbie dont know pricing (if i put the cost price here who ever using branded midbox/extractor they will go bang wall)
3.they have no direct manufactory so the pricing will make up and make up

Atlast,Please Stop asking the After Market Extractor will hot or not,That is no COLD extractor in the world if got please introduce i will buy the whole container,What i want to said is your original Cast Iron temp is always hotest then Galvanized iron,If you worry about hit the original hit shield is possible to reinstall on the 4-2-1 extractor to prevent the heat

what i can say is,that is no R&D for an extractor
they show dyno/and all the blue print just wanna attract the customer to trust them
only one person who do the R&D and those welding/developing by poor Bangladesh with cheap salary

i think you guy can realize the speedworks website already stop posting the exhaust system picture
because so many copy cat follow their design/setting

the most perfect exhaust setup without ECU-Management,maximum only can gain 10hp
but malaysia mod style normal less then 8hp

depend on owner if willing to spend more to giant just 8hp it is up to you
any way i just come in to talk talk for fun and i like to share

for campro you can use follow the setup below,but no need to spend money for the midbox,just use the original n if you worry noisy just keep using your original muffler because muffler just reduce sound only nothing much power gain


for 4g18
Auto:do not decat(with original piping)
change to 4-2-1 extractor-flexipipe--original catcon-----rear bullet change to 4"inch body ovel midbox just like this but 12inch long is more then enought muffler you can keep ori

Manual:decat(original piping)
change to 4-2-1 extractor-flexipipe--straight flow bullet---ori bullet keep use--rear muffler change to Straight flow if you worry noisy use oval muffler if you want low bassy use N1 style muffler

All the Airflow Sensor for extractor must be relocate to bottom to make sure the sensor accurate reading the airflow from the 4 cylinder

yes waja AT no need remove catcon because your car need it
for torque convertor to change gear in the accurated time set by ECU
if you throw it,The airflow sensor will send wrong data to ECU it will effect
1.ignition timing
2.fuel injector volume
3.gear box easy to be spoil (if people mantion R&D is expansive,for my very own experiance,last time i research and test exhaust system for Automatic waja i pecak 2 gearbox and lost about Rm6000)on year 2002 1 waja Automatic gearbox cost Rm3000
4.about extractor any brand could be,A Rm180 Galvenizer Steel with mandrel bend is no different with stainless steel for performance wise just make sure it is 4-2-1 that it

Look at your old shit exhaust system only reading 1 cylinder ,the ecu cant read the 4cydinder airflow but only reading 1 piston airflow rate
lost power also normal this is not brand problem,but technician n production problem

p/s:the Rm270 including installation i think i only able to earn less then Rm60,dont said me lan si,but that is true Rm60 not even enough for me to fill my full tank for my GTR34 JUST Feel like lazy to spend time to talk nonsense here

you can try to get a magnet to test if it able to stick on the extractor then that is a galvanize steel that means no different with cap ayam

1.make me think im kid because i explain all this extractor issue is very simple i feel that im going back to beginner
2.i wanna test 0-100 it is because i like to compare if other people product is better then mine,then of cause i have to improve mine by learning from other people
3.i won't unhappy if you comparing product but i just "wondering" is it true or not so like to know how big different
4.i won't mind if people not purchase from me is i already said Rm60 not even enough for me to fill in the full tank for my car
5.my major work is doing R&D i would like to understand other people product as well,Some time if i feel the price or product are weird,for my personality i will voice out and because i dont want any body drop in to the trap.
6.the only thing i will feel feed-up is those customer scare this scare that but still wanna mod,when people giving advise they still 50/50 then better dont do.
7.earn or not to earn money for me is nothing,i just wanna make sure the exhaust system setting value for customer benefit or not
8.As i said the Max hp gain by modding exhaust system is only 10hp,but malaysia market normally only can get 8hp max because stainless steel will be expand while weather is not,but if suddenly raining you will feel lose power because the size for the stainless steel will be reduce this is the main issue why im not recommended people to use Stainless Steel piping for exhaust system
9.so for the 8hp is it value for you to spend Rm200+ to mod or Rm700+ to mod both also almost same hp u get
10.my working experience Advance concept/zenden consultant on strut bar & extractor developing,so doing R&D for both product is part of my job we oem strut bar and extractor,i like to research on exhaust system but not war
11.last of all,Because i know the cost price of all the raw materials like Galvanize/Stainless Steel/Titanium/cast iron,so i would like to said sorry if i ever criticize any product that not value for the money

if u feel the car shocking while slow acceleration you have to go back to the place you install the plug
because the sympton like ignition problem means betwin plug/plug coil area also check for the airflow sensor on the airfilter make sure in the correct position

NGK/DENSO/BOSCH not bad but consider not really pro on performance

real performance plug volker-iridium

pump in V-Power or Ron97 and use high flow filter then u will feel worth or not

another thing is this plug able to stand for longest life spend compare other brand save money

no need to use racing version,just use the normal volker iridium

if u drive auto no need to remove trust me for 1 time
just change the rear ori bullet to midbox

er..your catcon no need to remove seriousely,if u wanna remove i can do that for u and replace with midbox

my exhaust R&D for automatic to use striaght flow already 100% done (auto/manual) also work
