check the oil level is not overfilled. best keep it at middle level.

sorry to hear abt ur car. however, u could have asked your insurance agent to organize to tow the car to police station as well. since you have asked your insurance agent to repair it, ur insurance should be able to get u all the ori parts since its first year only.

this i will leave it to the forum members to confirm with u. normally if u repair it at the authorised proton dealersm its less likely they will give u ciplak parts. u can always spot check on their repairs.

if chassis is damaged, minor ones they might be able to pull it back to original setting.
