Will the mbpj take action on complaints made by us? thankful tht i found this thread. A neighbor opp my house does his steel works during morning and afternoon. It causes a terrible stench and noise. Can i make a complain to this?

Staying at landed property is also a problem..fighting for car parks..if she is so terrible, why not just move away?
