couldn't agree more yangthai. i'm one MPB sufferers and I feel exactly the way you describe it. i'm only 28 but this hair loss problem had already severe. and i'm using kirkland minoxidil 5% for almost 1 month now and I notice lots, lots of baby hair growing already. therefore it's definitely not a scam.

There's always a negative and positive side on every product. You see. Even an f**king apple would give you a negative effects. So there's always a hope for those who really desperate for this sick (MPB) . We have no choice to made and we have to use it. I mean dude , would you just go shave your freaking hair bald and went for the office to work?? Or bringing a thinning hair like an old man for work? Girls love guys with hair . That's a fact. So don't keep giving those negative comment " it's a scam, omg it wont wrong at all, OMG it will make your head bald after 2 years usage." WTF man. Do you even knows how the MPB sufferers feels? Some of them even count the spending of minoxidil cost per year. Saying that it will cause you a boom. RM140 for 3 months. It's reasonable.  So there's always a hope. Some times miracle does exist. (Speak for all the MPB sufferers) Don't give up for just a simple comment on google or facebook.

This is where I order my drugs. They are based in Hongkong,
but source generics from India.

Be aware that customs may seize your order at the airport, but one
or two bottles for personal use should be alright.

They have plain minoxidil, or combined with finasteride (Propecia), kopexil (Aminexil)
and tretinoin.

Shipping is a flat five pounds sterling.

Search for "minoxidil".

Cheapest is "Shalltop-A" with minoxidil, tretinoin and azelaic acid.

Note that the azelaic and tretinoin creams are for acne.

Azelaic acid has been used at typically 20 per cent for acne and rosacea.

Let's put this question to the rest.

Disclaimer first : as the title at the start of this forum says - all health advice here is not to be taken as medical advice, so though I am a current practicing medical officer, I am to be just considered as voicing my own "opinion".

Minoxidil is the only proven scientific method for hair growth. It only continues growing as long as you apply it. Once you stop, it will shed slowly.

Treat it as a recurring expense. It's like hypertensive, diabetic, gout, oral contraceptives, hormone replacement tablets - as soon as you stop them, their effects will wane and disappear.

It's like turning off the aircond in your room/car. Pretty soon it is gonna get hot again.
