The micro cameras u mentioned are actually fibre-optic scopes. The procedure is called colonoscopy. It is able to visualise the large intestine to look for any problems such as tumours or small polyps or bleeding. However, it is not recommended that everybody gets one cos it can be rather unpleasant. Unless the TS is >50 years old, or has a family history of colon cancer.

As mentioned by the forummers here, u can take all those high fibre food & fruits & also lots of water (>1.5 L per day). Also try this natural high fibre supplement: Psyllium husk. It can be found in most pharmacies.

IIve tried eating more vege but nothing works.prunes r useless as well,i ate half a box of sunsweet prunes n nothing.doctor gave me some herbal laxative oso doesnt work cry.gif i'm not over 50 and i don't have family history of colon cancer,what should i do?
i poo like once every other week (1-4 weeks once) and each time i poo my shit gets d toilet stuckz haha,does that mean i have a large intestine and izzit related to this matter?

BTW does pumpping up vit C consumption e.g. taking vit C tablets really ease constipation?

oh..that old timun not wintermelon lah...it's lo won kua rite,wintermelon is dung kua..ABC soup with carrots,,tomatoes n potatoes?okk will try both soups.

ooohhh i alwiz tot banana is good for constipation...ok then what about increasing vit C consumption aiding constipation:?

nono i was asking if pumping up vit C in you body decreases constipation.this friend of mine told me everytime constipated,,she'll take a tablet of vit C n then she goes to the loo..n why muz we keep the white part on oranges?isnt that part bitter?but usually i juz eat oranges by cutting them open not peeling them open smile.gif
