I used to think it was the stomach acid pH that was the problem as well as fibre so used to eat more veggie and fruits. Didn't work.
The surprising thing that finally work was a cleaned diet (stir fry, not deep fry, less oil, less chilli, less creamy stuff) and controlling the portions of protein, fat and carbs as well as taking more omega 3 tablets and vitamin C.
I'm stilll amazed at how well that turned out.
