drinking a lot of water helps.. seriously.. it even beats eating more vege n fruits.. dere was once i was having really bad digestion problem for about 1 or 2 months but i was eating fruits n vege.. a lot.. i was almost vegetarian that time.. but later i got fed up n start drinking a lot of water.. sumthing i read sumwhere.. it helped. i try my best to keep to 8 glesses a day.. but i think, wat really helped was d fact dat now i drink 1 big glass of warm water every morning. 2 if i have room for more tongue.gif. n of course watch for ur fibre intake.. it doesnt cost u anything nor does it take time to follow that.
