Bran doesn't taste good but works well. Hence, I mix muesli with bran and serve with milk. That is my breakfast. Else, you can try high-fibre biscuits.
Always check the nutritional information for the fibre value. I usually get something above 30 per 100g for the bran. Haven try out biscuits though, should works too.
Last but not least, papaya before dinner. (I own half of the papaya and the other half to the rest of my family members)
For my case, the breakfast itself is enough to free me from constipation.
