Just uses aluminium window, top to bottom ......at least got ventilation. hmm.gif

I thought there is a technology for glass which can reflect a high percentage of heat now? erm.. something like V-kool for cars biggrin.gif

if semi-seal up is fine, at least the window are open-able to allow air circulation when hot weather...

Its going to costs alot depending on the glass material.

as long u got money and willing to spend, just get any designer out there to design and contractor to build it.

my colleague closed hers.... it's RM600 for her. but she doesn't recommend because it really blocks all wind and makes the space hot...

nowadays got something called "invisible grill" like wires like that... you can block kids but it still allows ventilation....

Hi,

sorry, I want to revive this thread as I am planning to semi seal up my balcony so that I can make full use of it by putting a small coffee table there or plant some flowers. Currently the balcony is opened so it gets very dirty easily and people can climb in easily from the upper units. I am staying in condo currently.

Does anyone here done such renovation and how much is the cost?
