anyone know where to find TUBE's ori stylus replacement around KL? Apparently I lost all the ori ones, and even bought a "tak kuat punya ciplak", and lost it too. Oh yeah, the price too.
shouldn't have lost them in the first place

ah sh*t. updated my garmin MFM and somehow my homescreen kacau bilau. anyone know why this is happening? I've even dc'ed my phone gently (through the windoze's remove usb tool). The only reason i could think of is because I've put the garmin on the homescreen shortcut, but would that actually cause the prob? This post has been edited by carbonytte: Sep 22 2009, 04:10 PM |

another question. i'm sure there ppl who have sync their tubes with their deskies/lappies/netties/servies. how do you define the text msg database? whenever i try changing it, it says "Unable to edit. Profile is read-only". wth..?? or there's other 3rd party sync software? This post has been edited by carbonytte: Sep 22 2009, 05:05 PM |

yeah it do sounds like civic 2.0 vtec (heck, I bought my tube about a week after it was released too, price 1.3-1.4k, fogot de). but tube is more like a "entry-level virtual touchscreen phone, right?"
but i doubt n900 will cost less than 2k. or will it. huhu. opting to buy one if price is below 2k~ Added on September 22, 2009, 5:56 pm QUOTE(CrossFirE @ Sep 22 2009, 05:54 PM) QUOTE Nokia will offer the N900 in selected markets starting in October for 500 euros (around $712). nope. n900 is definitely not a startup. maemo's been here since when, 2006. i think.
QUOTE A series of Internet Tablets with touch screen have been built until today with the Maemo platform. The first device was the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet that was launched in November 2005. The Nokia 770 Internet Tablet allowed Internet access over WLAN connection. (From Maemo's site) |

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Sep 22 2009, 05:51 PM) same la price should be around 2k. We must look forward. Nokia already letting go its symbian that why u see SE,LG etc etc all have symbian powered phone because Nokia already have a better OS = Maemo. btw, doubt this will effect sales of iPhone, unless Nokia is very2 brilliant like those guys @ apple. iPhone is basically just a brand name, you can even do apple2apple comparison with tube in some cases. Take for example the reso, which is even smaller than tube, guess what happens when user uploads it to the net, or make it a desktop background; comparing to tube's 640x480 which is definitely smarter. And, oh yeah, video calls, hello? There's not even video calls haha. For 5800 XM i bought mine 1.3K it doesnt look like gen2 its more like comparing a Honda Civic 2.0 VTEC with BMW 3.20 Added on September 22, 2009, 5:53 pmat this rate Iphone will start loosing its touch soon. We never know Maybe nokia will test the N900 market and will launch at RM1.3K who knows? because its a totally new OS |

it does look, but hey, notice there's a lot of 3rd party programmers helping us.
i mean, if you really want a better homescreen, then just for for g-desk. and other stuffs to do whatever you want. basically, there's been a lot of stuffs been put on the Net for Tube since it came out |

hey, oh yeah. just thought of this. why don't we all create our own GDeskies and post some on lyn, just like the monthly desktop background we have over here in lyn.
