hi sifus...

somehow, wall mount speakers not really very popular here...but i hv bit of constraint that prevents me from going for floorstanding front speakers which i really would like to have...

i've earlier settled for Klipsch Quintet SL, but i just learnt that its no longer available, stop production...

i've also considered Paradigm's Cinema range, but no idea how much they cost altho internet pricing suggest its LCR (cinema 220) should be less than RM1k each.

i've tried asking Asia Sound Equipment for pricing indication, but no response from them at all...went to their outlet in Amp Corp Mall last week, at 12noon++ still not open shop yet...

looked at Monitor Audio Radius range of LCR, but way off my little budget...

also looked at Definitive Tech's Mythos range...also a little pricey, but biggest problem is need to get from Singapore...dunno who the local distrbutor is...

so, can anyone advise me what are the remaining options i have? my budget, if stretched kaw kaw, for a 5.1ch can be up to RM6k including sub...

most important, it needs to be wall mounted, and its rectangular shape (long & slim) to go with the flat panel tv for aesthetic reason...

please help...have exhausted all ideas i have & had...

I'm trying to order ceiling mounted from monoprice..They have wall mounted too...

Saw jamo 660CS at pg $680 , Boston Acoustic $900 per pair,
and pro-el also around that price.

1) DALI Lector
Saw this at the KLIAV Show...look small, quite well built, tho never heard the sound quality...but pricey at about RM1650 each before discount..at this price, would definitely go for the monitor audio radius HD range..

2) PSB Alpha
no offence to PSB's owner, but i never seem to like the PSB built/finishing...

3) NHT
never heard of this brand before...dun look too bad actually altho comments on the internet not ultra encouraging...where can i view this in KL?

I remembered seeing some Audica wall speakers which looked pretty good with high WAF... dunno the exact model though.. maybe u can try googling it

aiyaaa...i almost din notice mr CT Seong is rep from A&L...hehehe...at least i know where to view them


do you know which model is the Boston Acoustic at RM900 per pair (sure not USD900 per pair right) the finishing looks great...dunno the performance...will read up some review on net...

I'm also looking for additional 2 wall mount surround speaker to complete my 7.1 setup. Any suggestion on what to buy? Budget is around RM2k.
