This will be the speculation for the next few years, how does this new stations affect the property apprciation and potential property developement along the track..

The obvious one will be Putra Height where the interchange is located.. Will the demand increase overnight after the announcement?

Other areas like BK, Bandar Puteri, USJ also having new stations..

What's interesting also will this help to boost some of the deeper in housing area like Puchong Permai and Puchong Prima?..

Some says surrounding property will appreciate since the petrol price will definately increase again, while others feel these area might filled with Tom Dxck and Harry and quality of living will deteriorate..

It will be interesting to monitor the subsale price and new launch for putra heights... Terrace might hit half a mil
