These 2 fellows is from which institute?? Mcorange??

Last sitting I spend money on tuition: RM 0
This sitting on tuition                      : RM 2000 ++ (some haven't decide yet, maybe more $$ will be spent) shocking.gif  shocking.gif

Colly, I opt for Daniel Ho class. My friend said he is good. I have to registered early in FTMS to get the Early Bird discount. After tht, I only find out at Lowyat Net tht my Timetable crunch with CKF.
*
Nevermind, spend money and pass the exam then it is worth...
oic,ya,Daniel revision is fantastic, one of the best that i ever had in my ACCA study life, hope you can learn from him too...
one suggestion from me,be well prepared before you go for the revision class, don't try to attend a revision as if u r in the normal class, try to make the revision class a really revision and a self review exercise...
nvm lo,u cannot go to his revision class, then get his tips and also revision pack lo.. smile.gif

i thought most revision classes are based on the past year questions?

as long as you are following the classes and doing the past papers, then it is up to you to pass the exams?

good luck to all future accountants.  cheers!!!
*
erm, past year is just part of it only, lecturer will use past yr to teach u how to handle the question, how to start...
so there are things that you can hardly get when you go to attend class and do past yr only, some of the exam techinique u just cannot learn easily by self study like that...
this is my personal view, but a good revision class can only achieve the objective..

Yes, but those question tht come out from articles are very tough!!!
*
no leh, from what i observe, especially for 3.2,if he wrote one article then the question he asked would be quite easy, the rest of the questions are bit difficult...
like in my sitting,he wrote an article about insurance and the question he came out during the exam is easy till i cannot believe...

hello,
first of all,u need to read the Alan's article, find out what he wants...
i met Alan Lewin before,he is a nice man...and he is a CIMA examiner before, therefore he prefer learn and apply practically,i don't mean u need to go to work then only you can answer, you shd learn what is the stuff and apply flexibly when u c the question,in another mean, don't give a textbook answer...
so don't tend to purely memorize only, after u study the note,u shd practice q and c how u can apply ur knowledge..
hope it helps...

true, for an external course like ACCA,which college does not really that matter, normally,we follow the lecturers and not the college,as long as u can finish ur ACCA,don't worry too much about the job prospect, there sure be demand for an ACCA graduate in the market,so please ask those who know ACCA to advise you and not those who does not understand what ACCA is...

kasturi is quite popular among ACCA students as they have quite a few famous lecturers like andrew pang n alan yeo..  however, i must tell that if u r those kind of students who need lots of attention from lecturers, dont go to kasturi.. if u need only minimal attention, kasturi is not a bad place at all...

company wont pick u based on ur college if u r an ACCA student.. bcos this course is external not internal..  however, u do have to disclose where u took ur ACCA and they might ask.. dunno for what reason  wink.gif

most non-ACCA student will not know about Kasturi College.. bcos Kasturi r more on ACCA n CFA courses.. normal degree people will know nothing bout them.. please do not ask people who dont understand ACCA course to tell u which college to go..

i can tell u i studied at a lesser known institute than Kasturi, yet i'm already working.. so dun worry too much.. it's ur results and effort that matters more..
