QUOTE(Shah_15 @ Sep 12 2009, 08:56 PM) pairing up my workout with nutrition (and supps) for the first time. been lifting for a loooooooooooooooooooooong time unregimented workouts. do you have experience in relevance to the question friend ? max number of days with DOMs for me has on average lasting up to 3 days. Never a week. unless I am so unlucky as to get stuck in a 72 hour shift (last time lah). I would be like a zombie for weeks after. thanks for your contribution dude |

My leg DOMS can last up to 5 or 6 days max. Pretty usual, cuz I hit them really hard. Pecs would give me a day or 2 of soreness but other then that naw. Your protein helps in recovery, guess sometimes I don't have enough of that. Varies for different people anyway.

I train every body part once a week anyway. Unless you count like when I'm doing pecs then indirectly working shoulders then yeah.

Shah_15 no worries, I hate lifting because it usually brings my aggression now, should I or should I not invest in a bench |

I still train even with DOMS. Sometimes all I need is to just stretch here and there and I'll feel brand new. But, really, different people, different strokes.
