went to gym today.. again satisfied.
squat 5x5 35kgs BP 5x5 20kgs Standing Row 5x5 25kgs Pull Ups 5x5

went to gym last wednesday. we did a machine row i believe or what it called i cannot remember.
Squat 4x5 = 40kgs Incline BP 3x10 = 15kgs ( i tried 4x5 = 15kgs but i cannot feel the extension of muscle but when i did 3x10, i really feel the muscle extend and contract) chest press 3x10 = 4 plates ( idontknow how much each plate weigh ) Deadlift 4x5 = 35kgs

went to gym today. Weight still 54kgs. im curious what im doing wrong here. maybe my food intake doesnt followed the schedule like it used to.
squat 5x5 = 40kgs BP 3x10 = 15kgs ( tried 20kgs but can't do 10 reps. If I did 5 reps, im not feeling the contraction of the muscle ) machine row 5x5 = 25kgs Chest Press 3x10 = 4 plates Leg press 3x10 = 1st set 6 plates, 2nd set 7 plates, 3rd set 8 plates ( i cant feel the contraction of the muscle today by doing 40kgs of squat but still decided not to increased the weight. maybe next week so im doing leg press to compensate it) BW pull ups 5x5
Thats all today.
