actually it depends on the rom de~ So far, most of the rom is using WM 6.5, jz Jack's rom v3.x is using WM6.1~
If u dun wan flash 2 3rd party rom, u can use SEUS to upgrade 2 WM6.5, if i not mistaken, correct me if im wrong~
After u flash to 3rd party rom, mean u alrdy has WM6.5 in ur x1~

haha~ i met the same problem before~ msg ringtone wont stop~
But den i keep on flashing n flashing 2 try others rom, i din put mp3 as msg ringtone, jz put sum short ringtone~
Den tat problem solved alrdy~ Mayb is a bug~ But haven fount out any solution yet~

From 3.1.16, im waiting for the latest rom, keep on waiting n waiting~
Den flash 2 3.6.16, battery life seems like drained so fast compare wif 3.1.16~
Wan 2 try 3.7, but xda thr got many ppl comment tat audio manager got prob~ Eat up to 7x% of CPU usage~
So flash b 2 3.1.16, although it is a bit old~ But 2 me, it's gud enuf coz it's stable n dun has tat battery drained issue~

Looking forward for agent next rom~ hope will solve the audio manager prob soon~

wow, energy rom~ Im downloading tis rom since yesterday morning, but i cant fully download it~
Maximum i had is it onli reached 99% n stopped~ Not even move a single step 2 reach 100%~

yup yup~ So far for manila 2.1 which is .16 build, FS 3.1.16 is the most stable rom to me~
About the video call, i not really know about tat bug~ Coz i din use video call~ So it din annoy me thou~
It jz a bit sad bcoz i cant hav weather in my home tab~
Hoping agent still works on .16 build~

Seems like vry buggy leh~ I just flashed Blaze v2.0 this morning~ I didn't play around much~
Coz it quite lag and hung at there several times already~
Even pressed a button, it wouldn't give me any responce~ Press 1 or 2 more times, it lag at thr~
But luckily the "x" button worked~ The button not responsive drove me crazy~
So, very soon i flashed back to Energy rom~

erm... About 3.8.20 and 3.8.60, actually i have flashed both~
And i cant find any difference between them~ But the onli different tat agent mentioned is about the contact bla bla bla...
Forgot about the detail, jz noe is about the contact~
Now im using 3.8.60, so far i haven met any major bugs yet~
And the main problem will b the battery life issue~
Coz both of them are really battery suckers~ HATE it~

eh, about the activeSnyc, when u 1st time connect, it require some setting and there is a checkbox tat ask u whether allow internet access or sumthing like tat 1 de~
Jz tick it den u will able to online thru the phone~

Erm... Energy rom~ Well, for me, it is a qutie stable n eye candy rom~
Onli hav sum minor bugs~ But it doesnt bother me at all~ So for a while, im using energy rom leo~
Overall, stable, smooth and fast~ Nice rom~

Once u downloaded the .rar file~ Inside the file got a file named KOVSIMG.nbh~
Extract it~ U nid not 2 rename it coz it alrdy named as KOVSIMG.nbh~ Jz extract it den copy paste to ur memory card~
Den flash~ Happy flashing dude~
