Im new here, owned a 2007 M/T , m line persona.

Just like to know if any of you installed a K&N drop in filter?
Im hoping it will smoothen the rpm range of 2000-2300. My car have a rather harsh note on that rpm which coincides with the torque curve.

Need help from first batch manual tranny owners…any body knows how to smoothen the 70-80 km engine harshness? Im thinking of K&N drop in filter to make the engine breathe better.
Will it work??

i owned a 2yrs MT Mline persona and would like to share wth you on the interior bits.

The silver colored plastic around the gear lever is slowly 'detaching' from its place. I think it warped under the hot sun. Im waiting until it completely detach (hopefully not ), then diy with super glu.

Also, i was told that the booming sound when revving is the exhaust sound? that means we can change to silent exhaust? Anybody done it before? my aim is to reduce the revving sound.
