I PM’d Vincent after Raya for my interest in getting a Persona Premium. He responded promptly and assisted me in referring to banks which I’m grateful for because I am always busy with work and other obligations during weekend to actually meet up with Banks. This was also my first time buying a car and he made the experience pleasant and uncomplicated.

(Do take note that I actually test drove the car beforehand with another SA but I find him not so helpful and also wasn’t willing to offer more discounts/items. Vincent said his showroom has no test drive cars so you may want to check with him more on this!)

Anyway 2 weeks later I got my car which was considerably fast considering that everyone was rushing to buy cars during the 0% GST period. Vincent guided me thoroughly on the mechanisms of the car etc.
