Its 55-200mm. u have to remember that both of the lens have different minimum focus. and different focal length gives different angle of photo. (eg. fish eye makes our face 'round' and telephoto at 90mm makes our face look flat). Example from Wikipediawikipedia.

On my way Senior Member 544 posts Joined: Jan 2007 From: PJ / Puchong	for me,i rather take good photo using A or S mode,i only use MANUAL when i take photo with flash so that the flash can correct the exposure. For outdoor,i prefer you guys to use S. set optimum shutter speed ,then let the camera decide the aperture, its much faster like this.and make sure your EV is correct,sometimes need to push until +1.0.good luck
