u say dont go for cap ayam, then u recommend him cap ayam stuff....

quazacolt u got the basic idea already, buy HU and speakers first, only thing is your budget too low. if 1500 would be nice

HU around 700-800 (pioneer, alpine, eclipse, etc)
front component set around 700-800 (focal, dls, morel, hertz, rainbow, etc)

Focal access around 750
Helix Esprit around 880
Eton Pro 170 around 900
Boston S60 around 800
Alpine Type r around 800

few other brands like DLS, Hertz, Morel and rainbow also can get..

these are all well known specialist speaker manufacturers, and their range can go up to RM10k

guys, i plan to upgrade my civic stock audio, but speakers only. i dont expect much, just so that i can play louder, and sound quality without drilling any holes on my car, without subwoofer and without replacing the HU. any recommendation? budget between 1-2K...

2ch amp can run a pair of speakers (left and right)

4ch amp can run 2 pairs of speakers (fromt left & right, rear left and right)

sometimes 4ch amp can be configured to run a pair of speakers in front, and a subwoofer (rear channels combined into one)
