To be fair, I'm quite disappointed at your attitude. You tried to sell replicas to people knowing that they are from an unreliable source but yet you kept it hidden from consumers. I'm sure if you mention replicas and price them lower, people will still buy from you. But why lie about something which is infact fake? Trust is built upon time and it can be shattered in mere seconds. I have a contacts that sell replica items on streetwears but I don't see him getting negative reviews? Instead, he's doing quite well as he has established himself as a vendor which sells both counterfeits and original goods and he is still well received by everyone(Note that he will tell you things which are replicas). What I mean that it is the way you do business that I'm worried about and not the items. It is kind of you to do a refund albeit being labelled as a dishonest dealer now. I hope you learn your lesson and never lie about the quality of your goods.

It's not that you cannot sell counterfeits, but do give notice to your customers. It's not the money they concern about. It's them bragging in front of their friends and get teased instead.
