I think the price for POSLAJU is more cheaper than others...

But, sometime they will send ur item to wrong location(State)... So, make it delay a bit...

I've sent maybe over 500 packages within the last one year and none were lost. 2-3 of lost for a few days but manage to trace them again hehe...

For me a complaint on them is the way they handle your packages. They get thrown around alot but if you pack them properly that shouldn't be a problem nod.gif

For starter, I suggest you start with POSLAJU, which do not need an account for their service.
You could save RM300~RM500 account deposit from this.

Later, when you manage to earn a stable income. Get a ROB (Business name registration), which apparently become your-prefered-name Enterprise. (You can do this online, no need to attend SSM for long queue)
Then, you may choose any courier service provider in the market, with deposit of cause.

For my case, SURE REACH offers me the lowest rate for parcel delivery, especially to East Malaysia regions.

That's my point of view.

Good luck in your business! thumbup.gif

That's the problem I find with pos laju. Several times already they just drop a note on my door step even though I'm in the house watching tv and waiting for them.

GDex will normally call earlier to notify they're coming to deliver the item, and will call again at when reach my door step since I don't have a door bell.

Yup, that's what pissed me off, what I did is writing a small card outside the gate telling them you can't hear them from inside the house if they shout so ask them to call ur no instead, they will call me every time now smile.gif

I've been using Kangaroo courier service to send parcels within Peninsular Malaysia. Thank Godness that it's a so far so good experience. And they're one of the cheapest courier service I found.
