i am opening this thread so when someone wanted to dealing with this people they may google the info/name and they are able to find it.

this is another possible con man. why possbile because i am giving him a deadline to refund until today 9pm. i cannot judge him as con before this date.

details:
paid the money yesterday.
after money paid no more sms reply. last sms saying next day morning will post.
today no sms reply from him. call and get rejected and followed up with sms saying will post later while he out for lunch. till now no reply. pos office is closing.

all i can say dat this one might be the same one as chan wai hoe/chin wai hoe the F***r
he might be using ABC scam,
which is using other ppl acc as his acc.
the owner of the acc might nt or actually knw of his act.
