It's nothing to him whatever people are saying to him or whatever will happen to him (or his family) as consequences from his actions; he just don't care.

Musafir.. Don't wait till tomorrow.. If 4pm he doesn't give tracking no, just go report police.. If somehow you get your parcel tomorrow, you can always cancel your report...
