Hero owner, do you sync your contact, calendar, Task, Note with outlook? any issue?

does the hero contact support group? does the group has limitation like only 10 contact in a group?

what about calendar appointment, does it support group?

do you use note? does your note sync with outlook?

task? got group?

Hi Hero owner. Do your hero come with the compass app? I can't seem to find it.

if the street view unavailable mean no compass...

Anyone syncing their contact with ms outlook?

I'm having a lot of issue with contact sync. eg address auto missing, email & birthday auto copied to another contact.

any of you sync your contact (people) with outlook 2007? any issue?

I've a lot of issue:
1. some of my contact goes missing in outlook. now my phone got 329 contacts but outlook only got 276 only. Tried using the repair function in sync manager but same.

2. some of the content in contact missing. eg work address. my contact address only few words in the phone.

3. part of the contact info transfer to another contact like birthday, email address.

my experiences:
1. day, all my contact go missing including my card (first in the people).

2. bluetooth handsfree - after paired and use, when turn off the bluetooth headset, the phone bluetooth icon still show connected. when check bluetooth setting, it show connecting...

1. no Tasks / To Do application

2. no Notepad or Notepad not accessable / sync via PC

3. calculator so basic that it doesn't have '%'

4. no file explorer

5. 2 contact database in 'people' - google's contact & phone's contact
google's contact only sync with google, phone's contact only sync with PC, phone's contact CANNOT sync / copy / move to google's contact. same goes to google's contact, CANNOT sync / copy / move to phone's contact data.

6. calendar SAME as 'people' - 2 database in calendar - google & pc

Install the HTC Sync from the MicroSD that come with your Hero then you will find the driver in C:\Program Files\HTC\HTC Driver\Driver Files\Vista_x86

after install htc sync, plug in the usb cable into your Hero. in the Hero, press 'menu' then 'Settings' then 'Wireless controls' then tick 'Mobile network sharing'.

Your PC will prompt for driver then get it from 'C:\Program Files\HTC\HTC Driver\Driver Files\Vista_x86'

yes. try turning off the wifi.

Where you got our SG unit? Do the SG unit come with Android Market? Is your build number 2.73.707.x?

how long can your Hero battery last?

Mine when new can last more then 1 day but now a days doesn't last more than 10 hrs. everyday have to charge twice if i'm working the next day.
