hi all,i got question to ask from the android sifus here,hehe,i know this question can be found on the faq question,i just want a more detailed explantion.what is the different between rooting and changing roms?or we need to root the hp first in order to change the rom?i just gotten myself a hero,with android market already inside,i dont know it is a oversea unit or sumone already rooted it

hi there,really need sum help,just now i had update pop up for my hero,but the i cancel the update coz i wanna turn on my wifi,but now i dunno how to restart the update,any ideas?
