Btw, do u guys face the speaker problem after changing the rom? My hero's speaker seems like "explode" after the installation. But after restoring it back to android 1.5 it becomes normal again.

I am also still waiting for the Malaysia Official, but the Taiwan 2.1 official rom is available. You might try it if you want.
