You need File Explorer with root access e.g: Astro, Root Explorer to replace the icons in /system/app/App_Name/res/drawable/icon.png

Icon size is 48x48.

Self applied wallpaper quality on Lock Screen and Home is terrible, did a search and some testing on the Lock Screen and the result is WOW. Let the Screenshot do the talk shall we wink.gif

Banding is very obvious.

We're gonna running out of compatible apps soon on Hero as most of the apps are now moves to 1.6 and above, HTC made a bad decision to skip 1.6 and 2.1 release date is still unknown.

Landscape mode is much more comfortable to type and the prediction is very useful as i don't have to worry punching the wrong key, most of the time it gave me the words i wanted.
