Since RAM and processor for X6 are not good enough to run Symbian 3, seems Symbian 3 will be a dream to those X6 owners.....
....unless they buy N8 soon.

I installed it but still not trying this app capabilities since it claims 'can detect stolen phone through GPS and lock it'.

but the downside of it, it needs to run everytime on background. So, right now I can't use my Opera Mobile while using this app.

guys, as a precaution, try not to update yr Nokia Ovi Suite to v2.2.0.241

i updated mine and ran the map update, (supposed it will delete your old maps and voices to replace it with newer)
now i'm left with only Hong Kong & Macau map, the voice guidance files got deleted too

i deleted the new ovi suite,
installed an older version and no issue already.

Nokia Map Loader is a diff software?
but i can't get to install X-plore in my unhacked phone,
after signing it, i tried to install, but before the installing starts,
this appeared ~  "requested application access not granted"

As you must understand that improvement like these are consider critical updates for the current firmware WHICH S60v5 haven't yet technically launched yet....example v20 > v3x or 4x levels...

i cant save image from mms inbox, when i open mms image - option theres no save button to save the image.

software version 20.0.005, update by nokia care.

like CPU, does smartphones need regular tuneup like CrapCleaners does for PC, disk defragmenter and so on?

another prob for my new x6...when i try to restart the phone, its just freeze on NOKIA and then blackout... 
i only found temporary solution.. :

- Switch phone off (or pull battery out and put back in)
- plug in the phone charger, as soon as the screen lights up pull the charger pin out of the phone.
- when the screen goes black switch on the phone
- plug the charger back into the phone when you feel the start-up vibration
- phone should start instead of hang

the problem is, how can i always bring the charger each time i want to restart the phone? 
anobody got permanent solution for this?

as i knew, the new ori set of 16gb x6 comes with car holder...it costs rm1200 here in sg petani. 

had that already, jz clears the ram only
not tuning up like crapcleaners and tuneup utilities does for PC
BTW, Skyfire browser is no more working for Malaysian users and after a check with google,
apparently many other countries shared the same fate.

Need some advice. Got my Nokia X6 yesterday and gave it a full charge overnight. Today I used it to listen to music and transferred some files plus made up some playlists. The battery level dropped from 7 bars to only 2 by afternoon, in one day only! At least my LG Arena lasted 3 days! Also, the back of the phone became warm! Is it a battery problem? Read in another forum that the rise in temperature could be due to a heavy battery drain. I checked the phone and there doesn't seem to be any applications active. Thanks in advance.

use the previous betas....ignore the homescreen messages,..then surf like normal
