JonYeap, couldn't help but noticing you're in MMU Melaka. I might be registering for the pre-Law program there in a couple of months. Just curious, does the MMU campus have a gym in it? If they do, then might telling me how it is?

Ohm gym near Petronas at Bkt Bruang. It's still shit but marginally better shit.
*
Damn. Really have to look for a decent gym, gonna be there for 5 years.

QUOTE(Kyoyagami @ Apr 7 2010, 02:23 PM)
If ur looking for crowded and shitty gym, MMU Melaka is the place to go (Although i trained there too).

Fee is RM 30, so, think a number of times. laugh.gif
*
If crowded with girls, I wouldn't mind. Hahah. More "motivation" to lift harder.

We have alot in common

1) Photography
2) BB
3) Law

Come join me in OHM Bukit Beruang.
*
Hey man. It's nice to find someone with the same interests. Haha. I've stopped photography for a month or two now while my desktop is getting reformatted at the shop. No Photoshop.

Do you know how much is monthly rate for the OHM Bukit Beruang gym?

In house lawyer for Petronas, wow. That's impressive.

QUOTE(JonYeap @ Apr 7 2010, 11:26 PM)
woohoo...
yes they have a gym.
i will upload the photo in few days time.
well, basically, u can always come to the gym and see if its ok with u.
for me, i am happy with it coz its free, and i dont have to pay anything.
plus got aircond. =.=
ohm gym is just too hot for me. no air cond.

i am fine with the campus gym coz maybe i am use to it. hahaha...
u can always come and try.
well, normal hours, its free. not rm30.
but if u join as a club member( flex club) then u have to pay rm50 per semester.
and u can come 7 days a week.
mon-fri (8-10pm) sat&sun(5-7pm) ---> this is only for members.
hahaa... u can always PM me if u comes here. i can tour u around. =.= (i mean gym, not whole melaka)
hahaha... u wan to tour whole melaka, can find david. =.= (p:s/ he is gay!)  brows.gif  brows.gif  brows.gif
*
Hey thanks for the reply and tour offer man. And I'll be looking forward to seeing the pictures. Doubt the gym there can be any worse than the one I'm using currently (home gym). Haha. But the pre-Law intake is in June if I'm not mistaken. So quite some time to go, thinking of starting GOMAD for two months for college. I'm 175++cm and weigh 55kg. Really sad.

Looks really packed. Thanks for the video and pictures man, helped a lot. The gym seems like it's decently equipped. Might consider signing up for the membership if I go to MMU so I don't have to experience the over crowding. Haha. One thing I notice, the guy:girl ratio seems way off. It's like, a whole lot of dudes and no girls. Dang.

Feel really pumped up to hit the weights now, so I'm off.

It's a separate day for guys and girls. And of course you'll see the usual bench press tag team retards. Lol.
*
Oh, no wonder. Haha. What's the "usual bench press tag team retards" anyways? A couple of people hogging the bench? And a very nice avatar picture. It's inspiring.

That's huge. Saw another huge dude today at Subang Parade's Ego Nutrition. Went to buy some gel packets for my marathon. Seeing huge dudes gives me inspiration. Feels weird. Just curious, how do you measure your arms? Flexed? Or not flexed?

Pumped. You don't measure a
penis when it's flaccid no?

Interesting way to put it, albeit a little weird. You mentioned you work out at Celebrity Fitness right? How much is it there per-month? Can't stand working out at home alone.

Hey guys. Just wanted to ask, I kind off injured my left wrist while playing futsal three days ago. It only hurts when I bend it to the right. I don't think it's anything serious, do any of you guys know whether I should stop lifting weights for the time being and let it heal or just take things light?

sounds like a sprain, I'd take a break from direct arm work cos it would just affect my form.

I think you're still good to squat and DL though

Added on April 11, 2010, 8:16 pmbtw I like the smexy new whey.

It doesn't look like it's 100% HYDROLYZED though, so probably not worth shelling out. Not gonna make a difference anyway.
*
Alright. Will do my legs or more cardio for a while. Thanks man.

haha
u baca any fitness magazines (not menshealth)
u know like muscle mag, muscle fitness etc etc etc
what they dont tell u is...along with their mind blowing workouts with benching 250kgs on barbells full form and the veiny skin, they dont tell u about
the measurement they use for their juicing stacks
like how many ml of enanthate / sustanon / trenbolone etc to stack with equipoise / deca durabolin
and orals like anadrol / anavar / dbol / anabol and winstrol etc etc
and those gh guts

so those people arent born
they are made
anyone can be that way but u can see the difference between natural and racun bb'ers
hahahaha
still, i respect both cuz all about discipline and passion
*
Eh, why not MensHealth? Haha. Sorry, just curious. Is there something wrong with the magazine like it's hiding something?

menshealth tak feature bodybuilders
they are more into general fitness which is also good
but for laymen, it could be confusing cuz what they state are too general and many things they mention cannot apply apple to apple
the health section on the other hand's good sebab die mention scientific studies on food and certain things we men need to know
smile.gif

and dont buy malaysian mh
its CRAP!

buy american or at least australian
get nude and hot girls with men we can envy and good articles which are fresh
malaysian ones diorang copy paste je and the men and women are crappy...ambik tepi jalan je
*
Haha, yeah. It's more informative. Don't mind topping up 10 bucks for the extra info. Have a whole stack in my room. And all the workout posters are placed all over so I can motivate myself while working out. LOL.

Yeah. To make my bookshelf look less empty. HAHA. Got quite good reads in there. I'm coming by the Melaka campus on the 24th/25th for the open day. Gonna check the place out.

Men's Health is awful.  Almost as bad as the bodybuilding magazines.  Actually, pretty much all fitness magazines are awful.

Speaking of which, remember this travesty?

LOL. I don't believe those "Get-rock-hard-abs-in-xx-number-of-days-crap". I buy em for the articles about health and stuff. The articles are really good.

If he's clean, then his body is really impressive for that age.
