hey guys, i've stopped gym for almost 8 months but started back on Monday. I hit back to light weights just so that i don't stress myself and i went again on tuesday. After 2 days of gym workout for bicep, chest, triceps and back, I CANT MOVE MY FOREARM AND HAND!! I have tremendous muscle sore that it aches whenever i move an inch!
